Konica Minolta President and CEO Toshimitsu Taiko paid a visit to Specim’s head office on 31st August 2022. During the visit, Mr. Taiko met the management and employees of Specim and visited the production facilities.
In his speech to Specim employees, Mr. Taiko thanked the company for its excellent result: “Specim has grown strongly and steadily, despite the challenging market situation, which is very impressive.”
Mr. Taiko highlighted Specim’s role in Konica Minolta’s business portfolio transformation. He underlined the Konica Minolta Group’s commitment to delivering meaningful value to society by using the state-of-the-art imaging technologies that Specim also represents. Specim has been part of the Konica Minolta Sensing Business unit since December 2020.
“It is important that, as a company, we think about how we can contribute to solving social challenges to achieve sustainable growth. Sensing is one of Konica Minolta’s key business units, and that is why I wanted to come here, and you can expect more visits also in the future. ”
