Minna Törmälä holds a PhD in Business from Oulu University Business School and is responsible for leading global marketing and demand generation at Specim.

Mathieu Marmion holds dual MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from INP Grenoble (France) and NTNU Trondheim (Norway), as well as a PhD in Physical Geography from the University of Oulu (Finland).
